Tickets for events at the Richmond Coliseum are available at area Ticketmaster Outlets, by phone at 804-262-8100, online at ticketmaster.com or at the Richmond Coliseum Box Office.

The Richmond Coliseum does not guarantee and is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased from anyone other than Ticketmaster or tour related ticketing services, such as fan clubs. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third party sellers, ticket broker websites or private individuals.

Coliseum Box Office Information:

The Box Office is located at the Richmond Coliseum between the 7th Street parking circle and the 6th Street Marketplace.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm (Excluding holidays) Saturday & Sunday (Event days or major on-sale days ONLY) Usually open at 10am.

Payment accepted:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Money Order

Will Call:
Pick-up tickets 24 hours after purchasing. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo I.D. at the Will Call window.

Special Seating:

Seating for persons with disabilities is available through the Richmond Coliseum Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations. Seating for persons with disabilities is limited therefore, only one additional ticket is allowed, for an attendant within the same section. If other tickets are needed, they will be located as close as possible to the disabled section.

Group Discounts:
